Returns and Exchanges NOT NEEDED AT LAST PORTAL

RETURNS

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Returns are not accepted if used, scratched, damaged or subjected to normal wear and tear.

A charge may be applied if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  1. To start your return, head to our RETURNS PORTAL - you must use the same email used to place an order to initiate the return.
  2. Select the items you’d like to return and your reason for return. This helps us to improve our products.
  3. Select your chosen returns courier.
  4. All of our return options are printer-less. You will receive a QR code that can be printed at any of the drop-off locations. If you do wish to print the return label yourself, you can request a label on the portal.
  5. Your parcel is now ready to be taken to your chosen drop-off point.

You will be charged £6.95 for the cost of delivery or £7.95 for a collection to return the order to us. This will be deducted from your refund amount. 

If the order has been dispatched but not yet delivered to you, please visit the Returns Portal and follow the steps for return and refunds.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund you by the same method you used to pay for the order, within 7-10 working days of receiving your return.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact sales@ev-extras.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. 

EXCHANGES

EV charging accessories have many different options and variations.  If you have in error selected an incorrect product, EV Extras offers a free exchange policy in the first 30 days from purchase.

You should email sales@ev-extras.com to advise us of the exchange request and the reason why.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase, your name, address and the order number.

On receipt of the original item we will issue the alternate product.

Only one exchange will be given per product.

After 30 days, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to sales@ev-extras.com.
