Exchange Policy 

EV charging accessories have many different options and variations.

To cater for the eventuality that you have in error selected an incorrect product, EV Extras offers a free exchange policy in the first 30 days from purchase.

On receipt of the return we will issue the alternate product.

After 30 days, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to sales@ev-extras.com.

Returns

Refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Returns are not accepted if used, scratched, damaged or subjected to normal wear and tear.

Please ensure the item is in its original packaging with instructions, plug protector (where applicable) and cable ties. Returns without these items may be subject to a refurbishment charge of £10.

Firstly, you should email sales@ev-extras.com to advise us of the return and the reason why.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase, your name, address and the order number.

Secondly, you should send the item back in its original packaging with a copy of the email detailing your name, address and order number to

EV Extras Returns, 8 Holly Court, Nottingham NG9 3DZ 

A partial refund may be given if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the return and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact sales@ev-extras.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping
To return your product please contact sales@ev-extras.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item over £25 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
