Portátil e invaluable cuando está fuera de casa y capaz de ser un cargador doméstico permanente para un PHEV. ¿Por qué comprar una caja de pared cara para su PHEV cuando esto funcionará?

El Ev Extras tiene una capacidad nominal de 10 amperios (ley en el Reino Unido), lo que se traduce en aproximadamente 2.3kW (las cajas de pared monofásicas son típicamente 3.6kW o 7.2kW) o aproximadamente 1 milla de rango por cada 8 minutos de carga *. Estos cargadores portátiles utilizan un enchufe estándar de 3 pines del Reino Unido y son ideales para enchufar en cualquier lugar donde pueda acceder a una toma de corriente doméstica estándar de 13 amperios. El cargador es resistente al agua (clasificación IP66) con un cable de 2 M al cargador y 5 M al vehículo (7 M de longitud total en la versión 5 M) y 10 M (12 M en total en la versión 10 M). El enchufe de 13 amperios debe enchufarse en el interior o en un enchufe exterior resistente al agua / resistente a la intemperie.

SHORT CABLES - 1.8 to 3 metres

The advantage of a short cable is having a small amount of cable to either carry in the vehicle or trailing from the charger.

STANDARD CABLES - 5 to 10 metres

This is the minimum in terms of charging length to have a degree of versatility to charge.

The average vehicle is approximately 4 m long. If you consider you need to come down from the charger 3- pin socket and back up to the vehicle again that’s another 1 metre the basic minimum length to practically charge is 5 metres.

 With the above in mind 7 metres can make the charging experience a more comfortable fit and reduces the risk of creating a skipping rope scenario at your charge location.

 A 10 metre cable is ideal if you have a short distance to travel from your charger/3 pin socket to where your vehicle is regularly charged. 

LONGER CABLES - 15 to 20 metres 

Often used where cars double park to charge as is often common on a driveway giving you the versatility to the vehicle parked at the back or when travelling away from home and wanting versatility of the longer length from a charging point.

 VERY LONG CABLES - 25 to 30 metres 

These length cables are rarely transported owing to the amount of cable.  They are usually in a near permanent location.

 POWER LOSS ON LONGER CABLES

We are frequently asked whether with longer and very long cable a power loss occurs. The answer to this question is a very small power loss will occur, but this will be negligible and not generally noticeable to the end user when using our high-quality cables.

Express NEXT DAY UK Mainland delivery is available and is guaranteed for orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday. 

Delivery Dispatch times 

Orders received before 1pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day.

Any orders placed after 1pm on Friday or orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be sent on the next working day.

Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

To request a return please contact us by email stating the reason why.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase, your name, address and the order number.

The item must be unused.  Returns are not accepted if used, scratched, damaged or subjected to normal wear and tear.

A partial refund may be given if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
